Endometrioid Tip Adenokanserde Prognostik Faktörlerin Sağkalıma Etkisi

Objective: The study aims to investigate the prognostic factors in uterine endometrioid adenocarcinoma that affect survival outcomes. 
 Materials and Methods: This retrospective includes 144 cases which underwent surgical treatment for adenocarcinoma. Demographic data tumour characteristics were evaluated lymph node metastasis. Stage I grade 1-2 tumours divided into lymphadenectomy non-lymphadenectomy groups, 5-year was assessed. Results: presence of myometrial invasion more than 1/2, adnexal metastasis lymphovascular space found be associated with (p=0.010 ve 0.019 0.015). In our study, rate 87.4%. Survival correlated age, invasion, grade. rates 89.8% group 85.2% group, no statistically significant difference observed (p=0.575). Conclusion: Myometrial age diagnosis detected as important adenocarcinomas. We concluded did not increase stage tumours. Lymphadenectomy may performed tumours; thus, morbidities can avoided.
